Hi Cupcake Lover!

Our sweet shop opened in 2010 to bring American cupcakes to the Netherlands using an authentic family recipe handed down to us from the American first owner of the shop. We use fresh ingredients, high quality chocolate and no artifial preservaties, making our cupcakes moist and extremely delicious.

I’m Nitsan, the owner and cake designer of Alice in Cakeland.

I remember watching the movie “Chocolate” as a kid, and how the magical shine of the chocolate tempted everyone into the sweet shop and how they left with big smiles on their faces. This was it for me! I knew what I wanted to do.

I want to make people excited and see the joy and wonder in their eyes when they take a bite of a delicious cake or a sweet chocolate. My passion and experience as chocolatier brought me to “Dan Gourmet” High Culinary Cooking Arts Center in Israel, falling in love even more with pastry.

Stepping up now to the exciting spot of being the baker & owner, I was trained with the original family recipe that has been handed down do me with a lot of care and I’m dedicated to continue and keep the same high level of quality and consistency that we've always had of our delicious products while putting all my love into my work.
